This book was my first ever Wimpy Kid book and my great uncle said to me and my two cousins we can take one book from Lulu Mall Kottayam’s, DC Books NRI Fest and I took this book. I’ve always wanted a Wimpy Kid book and I got it. It’s a good book and the story is that Greg’s mom thinks that people these days are so in phones, and in her time everyone used to play and do other things. So she makes the town sign a petition to not use phones for one day and makes some people volunteer to clean the park. Then Greg goes on a field trip to stay at a farm called Hardscrabble Farms to get away from his dad who will be angry if he sees the dent in the bumper of his car Greg and Grandpa made last day. But it is scary in the farms. There is a ghost farmer there, says rumours, named Silas Scratch. But when his dad arrives he finds out he invented the rumour about Silas Scratch to use the clean bathroom there when he was a child. So, like that and this is what led me into the Wimpy Kid series. This is a whole load funny and its mostly warming. There are almost 20 books in the series and it is definitely a good and funny series to go through.
